1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Claw Buff (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Claw Buff ("we", "us", or "our"). These terms apply to all users.
2. Service Description
Claw Buff is a managed hosting platform for OpenClaw AI Agents. We provide: • Automated deployment and hosting of AI Agent containers • A management console for configuration, monitoring, and channel integrations • Multi-agent support: deploy and manage multiple agents under a single account, each with independent configuration and resource allocation • Credit-based usage billing for LLM API calls • Integration with third-party messaging platforms (Telegram, Discord, Slack, WhatsApp) • A feedback system for reporting issues and suggestions
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. One person or entity may maintain multiple accounts only with our prior written consent.
4. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may subscribe to multiple plan slots across different tiers (e.g., Hobby, Starter, Pro, Ultra). Each slot provisions one agent container with the resources defined by that tier. Plan slots can be added or removed from the Console. Credits are consumed by LLM API usage and are tracked per agent. You may set a per-agent monthly budget to control spending. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods; per-agent usage counters reset at each renewal. When credits are exhausted, your agent will stop responding until you top up. You can purchase additional credits anytime from the Console. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Deploy agents that generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
6. Feedback Submissions
You may submit feedback through the Console, including text (up to 2,000 characters) and images (up to 3 images, 5 MB each). Submitted images are converted to WebP format and stored on our cloud infrastructure. By submitting feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the content for the purpose of improving the Service. We may contact you for follow-up. Feedback submissions are not confidential unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or configure within the Service. We claim no intellectual property rights over your agent configurations, knowledge files, or conversation data. The Service itself, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by Claw Buff and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Console settings. Upon cancellation: • Your agents continue running until the end of your billing period • After 7 days post-expiration, all agent containers are stopped • After 30 days post-expiration, all data (agent configuration, conversation history, uploaded files) is permanently deleted If payment fails, your workspace is marked as past due. If not resolved within 14 days, containers are stopped. Data deletion follows the same 30-day timeline from the stop date. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for the output generated by AI Agents deployed on the platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claw Buff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
