Agent Management

Create, configure, and manage multiple AI agents in your workspace

Claw Buff supports running multiple specialized agents within a single workspace. Each agent gets its own container, model, persona, channels, and budget.

Creating an Agent

  1. Go to the Agents page in the Console sidebar.
  2. Click New Agent to add an agent slot to your workspace.
  3. Give your agent a name (e.g. "Customer Support", "Research Assistant").
  4. Optionally clone configuration from an existing agent or apply a SOUL Hub persona.

Each agent slot is billed at your plan's monthly rate. You can add or remove slots anytime from the Agents page.

Configuring an Agent

Select an agent from the Agents page and click Open to access its configuration:

  • Identity — Set the agent's name, emoji, creature, vibe, and avatar.
  • Model — Choose from 10+ LLMs. Switch models anytime with zero downtime.
  • Workspace Files — Edit core configuration files like SOUL.md, IDENTITY.md, and AGENTS.md to shape your agent's behavior.

Per-Agent Budgets

You can set a monthly credit limit for each agent to control spending:

  1. Go to the Usage page.
  2. Find the agent in the Usage by Agent table.
  3. Click Set next to Budget Limit and enter a credit amount.

When an agent reaches its budget limit, it automatically switches to a less capable model. Credits are shared across the workspace — per-agent budgets let you control how the shared pool is allocated.

Switching Between Agents

Use the agent dropdown in the Console sidebar to switch between agents. Each agent has independent:

  • Chat history (sandbox sessions)
  • Channel connections (Telegram, Discord, Slack, WhatsApp)
  • Workspace files and configuration
  • Usage metrics and budget tracking

Deleting an Agent

  1. Go to the Agents page.
  2. Click the delete button on the agent you want to remove.
  3. Confirm the deletion.

The agent's container and all configuration will be permanently deleted. The slot remains available for a new deployment.

Deleting an agent cannot be undone. All chat history, workspace files, and channel connections for that agent will be lost.

Billing

  • Each agent slot costs the same as your plan's monthly rate.
  • Adding a slot mid-cycle charges a prorated amount for the remaining days.
  • Removing a slot takes effect at the next billing cycle (no mid-cycle refund).
  • Credits are shared across all agents in the workspace.
  • Maximum 100 agents per workspace.
